The Conservative / Liberal Democrat coalition government are looking into giving the London mayor more power. In the interests of saving taxpayers money, they are NOT going to do what Margaret Thatcher did, and scrap the bloody mayor and the people that rely on his existence. So the coalition are not as serious at cutting the UK’s budget deficit as they claim they are, more taxpayers money will continue to be wasted on people who do not deserve jobs.
